These Terms and Conditions of Purchase regulate the contractual relationships between YARR Rally and the user who makes a purchase through the website yarr-rally.com (hereinafter, "the Buyer").

YARR Rally markets the following products:

3.2 Technical Characteristics
The technical specifications of each product are detailed in their respective sheets. We reserve the right to modify specifications for technical improvements, always communicating changes to the customer before delivery.
3.3 Customized Products
Customized products may require delivery times of 2 to 8 weeks, depending on complexity and material availability.
4. Purchase Process

6.2 Customized Product Timelines
Customized products may require delivery times of 2 to 8 weeks, depending on complexity and material availability.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1 Withdrawal Period
In accordance with Spanish legislation, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without needing to justify their decision.
7.2 Exercise of Right and Return Conditions
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision through an unequivocal statement via:

Conditions of returned product: The Buyer may handle and inspect the products to check their nature, characteristics and functioning in a similar way to what they would do in a physical establishment.
In case of withdrawal, the product must be returned:
- In good state of conservation, without damage or defects that exceed simple verification.
- With all its accessories, manuals, packaging and original elements.
- With the seal intact on accessories or components that do not need to be opened for verification.
If the product shows deterioration due to use other than that necessary to verify its nature, characteristics or functioning, YARR Rally may charge the Buyer for the depreciation suffered.
8. Warranty
8.1 Legal Warranty
All our products have a legal warranty of 2 years in accordance with Spanish legislation for consumer products.
8.2 Commercial Warranty
Additionally, we offer:
- YARR Navigator Pro: 3 years commercial warranty
- Accessories: 1 year commercial warranty
- Manufacturing defects: Free repair or replacement
8.3 Warranty Procedure
To use the warranty, the Buyer must contact our customer service at ventas@yarr-rally.com, indicating the order number and the detected problem. We may request photographs or proof of the defect before authorizing the return.
9. Conflict Resolution
In case of dispute, the Buyer can resort to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
This does not limit the Buyer's right to resort to competent courts according to Spanish legislation.
10. Data Protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. The data provided will be used for:
